Detroit to FoCo: a professional sync writing camp

Join Assemble Sound at The Music District for a fall sync writing camp! Through collaborative group writing sessions, songwriters, singers, producers & instrumentalists will be writing to professional briefs with the expectation of delivering sync-ready songs by the end of camp.

Programming will be organized by sync and music supervision professionals as well as career songwriters who will provide feedback and mentorship opportunities. Camp participants will have the opportunity to work amongst creatives within their community as well as experienced producers from Detroit.

The sync writing camp will take place in Fort Collins, CO from November 14th-16th, 2024. These are full days with all meals and beverages provided, and it's required that all participants live in Northern Colorado & have reliable transportation. The camp is an unpaid opportunity, however final songs will be ingested to Assemble Sound’s sync catalog and pitched to music supervisors across all media platforms with the goal of generating licenses!

New this year:
On Wed, Nov 13 we’ve added a power-packed, one-day edition of the camp, that condenses key topics, sparks collaboration, and allows more folks to participate.
