That said, rough handling by the postal system can cause the vinyl to shift within the jacket itself, sometimes leading to spine splits, etc. So, while we guarantee your vinyl will be packed up with care and in pristine condition, as we cannot control the handling of it while in transit, we will not replace damaged jackets.
